- Undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a BS/BA degree
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and intellectual curiosity about the healthcare system
- Excellent oral and written communication skill, and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong computer aptitude, with experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to think creatively and improve internal work processes
