Talent Sourcing Specialist

Avalere Health is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team.

This role will provide administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition function. This role is a unique opportunity to become part of a strategic Talent Acquisition Organization that is dedicated to serving the business in all aspects of their recruitment needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative duties, such as calendar management, scheduling interviews, and room reservations
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience during the recruitment and interview process, including facilitation of all on-site interviews
  • Be responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified candidates to support various open requisitions
  • Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including social media recruiting, Internet job boards, state clinical lists (if sourcing for clinical positions), and company proprietary databases
  • Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target client markets
  • Post and manage postings on various job boards and social media
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined in Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the company
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Other Job-Related Requirements

Skill Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of strategic talent acquisition methodology utilizing social media (LinkedIn Recruiter and Facebook preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to adapt to competing time sensitive demands

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a staffing or high-volume talent hunting environment
  • Experience using a web-based applicant tracking system (iCIMS preferred)
