Ann Xi provides strategic health economics support and works closely with clients to build value propositions for pipeline and marketed products across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
She has experience in prospective studies, comparative effectiveness research, patient-reported outcomes research, financial modeling, database analysis, and systematic literature reviews.
Prior to joining Avalere, Ann was a post-doctoral scientist in the HEOR team at Eli Lilly and Company, where she designed and led studies to support a wide variety of products within Lilly’s diabetes portfolio. Ann has a broad clinical background, with experience as a community pharmacist at Costco and internship experience at the FDA, Celgene Corporation, Johns Hopkins, and Cleveland Clinic. Areas of therapeutic knowledge and research include metabolic disease, oncology, pain, psychology, immunology, and critical care.
Ann received a PharmD from the Ohio State University and a BS in finance from the University of Maryland. She is a licensed pharmacist in Indiana and is an active member of both the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics Outcomes Research.
