Courtney Rodgers works with healthcare companies to anticipate and evaluate the challenges they are facing and advise them on the solutions Avalere can provide.
Courtney’s areas of expertise include strategic sales of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, marketing, health care provider and hospital customer engagement, hospital operations, and strategy implementation.
Prior to joining Avalere, Courtney worked at Medtronic, where she provided surgical consulting in the operating theater, new technology training and development for healthcare providers and healthcare executives, and referral and care pathway management. Her primary focus was oncology and interventional spine solutions. Previously, Courtney worked in sales at AstraZeneca, where she focused on both legacy brands and new product launches.
Courtney has an MBA with a healthcare focus from Yale University’s School of Management and both a BA in biology and BSBA in marketing from the University of Richmond.
