Eleanor Blalock assists clients in understanding the risks and opportunities associated with healthcare policy and regulation.
As part of her work, she leverages large and often disparate datasets to reveal trends and answer key business questions for clients. In addition to her experience with data analysis, Eleanor applies subject-matter expertise in several areas of healthcare policy, including the 340B drug discount program, the pharmaceutical supply chain, and Medicare risk adjustment models.
Prior to joining Avalere, Eleanor was a member of the Health Analytics Practice at Berkeley Research Group (BRG), an international consulting firm. While with BRG, Eleanor led client engagements relating to strategy and operations as well as disputes and investigations for a diverse set of clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, and industry groups.
Eleanor has a BSFS in international economics from Georgetown University.
