Emily Plumley supports clients with research and analysis that span a variety of healthcare sectors and stakeholders.
She applies her background in health economics and regulatory affairs to a broad range of client projects.
Prior to joining Avalere, Emily supported the innovative finance team at the Financing Alliance for Health where she developed case studies and utilized costing tools to support national community health financing programs. Additionally, she worked at Global Behavioral Solutions, where she helped clients design and implement cost-effective disease management and wellness programs. Emily also interned with Feeding America’s government relations team to support federal nutrition program funding and development.
Emily has an MPH in health policy from the Yale School of Public Health and a BS in movement science from the University of Michigan.
