Prior to joining Avalere, Fareen worked in a clinical project management role at a pharmaceutical company in Washington, DC. She supported research and development for clinical trials to establish safety and efficacy for pipeline technologies. Before that, she held research and clinical internships in genetics, nanomedicine, dentistry, emergency medicine, and dermatology at top hospitals and private practices across the Northeast.
Fareen has a BS in biology and a minor in business from the George Washington University.
