As an experienced facilitator, she regularly brings together multi-disciplinary workgroups to develop best practices in clinical care and health services research projects. Judit is passionate about advancing innovation and system redesign to improve healthcare quality for patients and their caregivers, especially in dementia care.Prior to joining Avalere, Judit served as a research consultant at Hearthstone Alzheimer Care for an NIH-funded study testing a non-pharmacological intervention for people with dementia. As a graduate student at Columbia University, Judit conducted research on the role of environmental design features in long-term care settings for delivering person-centered care.
Judit is a certified professional in Healthcare Quality. She has a law degree from McGill University and a master's in bioethics from Columbia University.
