Lilla Alchon

Lilla Alchon advises clients on the strategic use of Ability's (a wholly owned subsidiary of Inovalon) provider products.

In this role, Lilla helps clients identify market trends and opportunities, assess risk, and remain competitive in a changing landscape. Lilla manages the client services function, ensuring clients receive maximum value and support from their memberships.

Prior to joining Avalere/Ability, Lilla was a policy intern with Law Media Group, Inc., where she conducted research on telemedicine. Lilla also served as a legislative intern in the office of Senator Tom Carper, where she assisted with health policy analysis.

Lilla has a BA in sociology with a concentration in health and illness and a minor in political science from the University of Delaware.
