The Alliance for Home Health Quality & Innovation and Avalere Health have partnered to offer the latest Home Health Chartbook detailing the latest research and statistics on home health care, ranging from Medicare home health user demographics, to number and types of chronic conditions for home health patients, to data regarding the home health workforce.

The Home Health Chartbook provides a broad overview of home health patients, the home health workforce, organizational trends, and the economic contribution of home health agencies. It also provides data on 30-day rehospitalization rates.

The research summarizes and analyzes statistics on home health from a range of government sources, including the Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey, Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Department of Commerce, Medicare Cost Reports, Home Health Compare, Medicare fee-for-service claims, and other data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Access a PDF version of the Chartbook here. To hear an overview, join the webinar discussion on January 28 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
