Hope applies her background in project management, community health, and data analysis to support clients in strategy implementation and decision-making.
Before joining Avalere, Hope provided management consulting services to commercial, electric power industry, federal government, and state education department clients. She supported strategic blueprints for Medicare rollout initiatives, performed research and in-depth data analysis across industries, and supported system transitions. Additionally, she worked with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in their hotspot outreach initiative, where she completed training in social determinants of health, therapeutic initiatives, and community health and trauma outreach. She worked in the community to support patients in accessing essential healthcare.
Hope holds a BSBA in accounting from the University of Central Florida.
