Roshan is a seasoned healthcare strategist and business leader with 20 years of expertise at the intersection of commercial health and public health She is a longtime strategic advisor to healthcare pioneers across the industry, including biopharmaceutical companies, policymakers, health systems, multilateral organizations, foundations, academic institutions, and start-ups. Roshan is a champion of challenging healthcare’s status quo by simultaneously broadening and personalizing what holds value.
In commercial health, Roshan counsels clients in US and global markets on health policy, economics, and access, partnering with them to develop and execute brand commercialization, marketing, and communication strategies for launch, inline, and portfolio assets. In this work, her unique approach blends the optimization of commercial business impact with the use of people-centric, whole-person health models that redefine opportunities for value demonstration and differentiation.
In public health, Roshan advises multilateral organizations, foundations, and biopharmaceutical companies on population health priorities, public-private partnerships, social impact, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental, Social, and Governance, and Sustainable Development Goals.
