About John Neal
In John’s new role with the Market Access practice, he will be partnering with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to develop access strategies to inform pre-launch planning and decision making designed to ensure successful commercialization of products. John comes to Avalere with more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences sector and has delivered results in launch planning, pricing, and market access strategy development with specialized therapeutic knowledge in multiple sclerosis, immuno-oncology, and vaccines. John previously held commercial leadership positions at EMD Serono, GlaxoSmithKline, and Novartis.

About Rebecca Yip
In Rebecca’s new role with Avalere’s Policy practice, she will be collaborating with clients to help them better understand the quantitative implications of healthcare policy on their businesses. Rebecca comes to the firm with more than 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, providing analyses of health policy and market research involving federal programs, the commercial sector, and prescription drugs. Prior to joining Avalere, Rebecca was a principal analyst at the Congressional Budget Office where she led analyses for Medicare Part D and pharmacy policies. Rebecca has also held positions at Squire Patton Boggs LLP, Pfizer Health Solutions Inc, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
