Bryan Jack

Managing Director

Bryan leads the Account Relationship Management (ARM) and Life Science Sales (LSS) teams within the Client Solutions practice, working across capabilities and the broader Avalere Health Organization to design and deliver strategic, data-driven advisory service solutions for established biopharmaceutical and emerging biotech, medical device, and not-for-profit clients.

Prior to joining Avalere, Bryan was a principal with Mercer where he managed large, corporate clients transitioning to a private health insurance exchange. Before that, he held healthcare management consulting roles with Deloitte Strategy & Operations and Mercer Government Human Services Consulting, where he focused on state Medicaid program operations, Affordable Care Act (ACA) expansion activities, and 1115/1915(b) and (c) waivers. For a brief period, Bryan worked as a registered healthcare lobbyist. He started his career serving on the legislative staff of two members of the US House of Representatives, both of whom sat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee with responsibly for federal health care-related initiatives, including the ACA.

Bryan has a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has completed post-graduate coursework in health law at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
