Luke applies his breadth and depth of experience to advise on projects across the pharmacy supply chain and adjacent areas. His work focuses on transactions in the specialty pharmacy, cell and gene therapy, and technology-driven services sectors.

Prior to joining Avalere, Luke served as the strategy lead for Humana Specialty Pharmacy, overseeing market development initiatives, managing direct-to-consumer outreach, identifying acquisition targets, and working to commercialize and monetize specialty pharmacy capabilities. He also participated in cross-functional initiatives focused on pharmacy trends and IEC/Car-T therapies.

Before to Humana, Luke was a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in transfer pricing.

Luke received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees with a focus in accounting from the University of Dayton. He is also a certified public accountant.
