Erica Eisenhart leads the Project Management team and Associate Immersion Program.
She specializes in market access strategies, value-based purchasing, and payment and delivery reform. Erica helps life sciences companies understand how payers’ demand for data influences coverage and reimbursement and how to address emerging trends in product launch planning and life-cycle management.
Prior to joining Avalere, Erica worked at the American Institutes for Research on patient-centered care delivery, health information technology adoption, and quality reporting for consumers.
Erica has an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H.Smith School of Business, an MA in applied economics, and a BA in public health from The Johns Hopkins University.
