Frances Angela Rodriguez manages relationships with health plan and provider clients and focuses on simplifying the complex implications of policy and commercial developments for their businesses.
Frances supports project management and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and coordinates the design and implementation of health policy and health strategy projects for her clients. She applies her background in biomedical research, business development, and project management to provide value for new and existing clients. Frances has been CS practice representative for the Engagement Committee since June 2023.
Before joining Avalere, Frances served on the business development team at Collage Group, where she helped build client relationships with health plan, provider, and life sciences clients. Previously, she held a position as a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where she conducted research on cancer chemotherapy.
Frances holds a BS in biology from Brandeis University.
