With experience in process improvement and value-based care, he advises clients on increasing performance, retention, quality, and competitiveness.

Shukai previously interned at AIM Specialty Health of Anthem Inc., where he conducted competitive analysis, analyzed website and social media strategies, developed an imaging cost model, and contributed to the EMR integration process and development of level of care scorecard for specialty pharmacy.

Shukai holds an MPH in health management and policy from the University of Michigan and BAs in business and health science with minors in economics and philosophy from Brandeis University.
