Neil will be working with a range of life sciences and health plan clients on issues tied to market access, patient access, and product positioning.

Most recently, Neil served as a board member of all CVS insurance companies. In this role, he helped direct actuarial services to insurance companies, clients, and internal clients that involved government affairs and mergers and acquisitions. Neil previously held lead actuarial roles at Universal American, Signature Group/GE Financial Services, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western New York. He also worked at Milliman, Monumental General Group/Aegon, and IDS Life Insurance Company.
