Roy Beveridge is part of Avalere’s Market Access team.

  He is a medical oncologist who has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Roy most recently served as the chief medical officer of Humana, where he led clinical policy, population health, and clinical quality initiatives. He held similar roles for US Oncology and McKesson specialty. Much of his recent work has focused on social determinants of health and improving the health of underserved populations. He has published more than 200 papers.  

Roy has a BA in biology from the Johns Hopkins University, an MD from Cornell University. He also received internal medicine training at the University of Chicago and did an oncology fellowship at Johns Hopkins.
