
David Kowalsky partners with pharmaceutical companies to develop market access and patient support strategies.
David has extensive therapeutic experience in diabetes, obesity, ophthalmology, and rare diseases. He applies his background in coverage, pricing, reimbursement, and patient experience to a broad range of client projects.
Prior to joining Avalere, David was the director of Patient and Market Access at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals within the Market Access and Government Affairs department, supporting long-range planning of access and reimbursement programs optimization, field reimbursement development, pricing strategy, and reimbursement education across matrix teams. Prior to that, David worked at Novo Nordisk in a variety of roles spanning pricing strategy, financial planning and analysis, strategy and business planning, procurement, brand and managed markets marketing, and patient support.
David holds a BA in political science the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in finance and supply chain from Rutgers Business School.
