Sarah Butler Donovan

Sarah Butler Donovan leads the Client Solutions team, which includes account management, business development, and sales for life sciences, health plan, and provider clients.

She specializes in evidence-based medicine, value-based contracting, and strategy development. Sarah is a frequent speaker about healthcare trends and is an industry expert on value-based contracting.

Prior to joining Avalere, Sarah held positions at the Cato Institute, the Brookings Institution, McGuireWoods LLP, and Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann LLP.

Sarah has an MHS in Health Policy from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in History from the University of Richmond.
